Partner: Michael Mitchel
Mr.
Mitchel has been recruiting for mission-critical and unique positions around the world
since 1997.
Recently
he has conducted searches for CRM, eCRM, OSS, Consulting and Outsourcing
companies. Mr. Mitchel has built and managed two successful recruiting
departments for national consulting companies. He has recruited
Executives, Directors, Sales, Business Development, Alliance Managers as
well as a wide variety of technical positions.
Mr.
Mitchel began his recruiting career recruiting for United Parcel Service
in Seattle where he implemented the company's Welfare to Work program
for the Washington State District and consulted with the Governor's
office regarding the drafting of Welfare to Work legislation. Mr.
Mitchel has also recruited for U.S. Department of Defense contractors
for classified programs internationally.
He
joined Smith Barney as the Director of Marketing while attending the
University of Washington where he earned his BA in Political Science.
Mr. Mitchel is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S.
Navy.
Recruiting
Partner: Will Colosimo
Mr. Colosimo is a
veteran of Big Five consulting, having spent 12 years with Arthur
Andersen and Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. His background includes
selling mission critical solutions to Fortune 500 executives and
managing large-scale systems integration projects (ERP, CRM, SCM, EAI).
Mr. Colosimo has
experience working with multiple industry verticals including
Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail and Consumer
products. In addition to client facing duties at Anderson Consulting,
Mr. Colosimo was responsible for all recruiting efforts for a team of
consultants that grew in excess of 25% year after year. It is at
Andersen Consulting where Mr. Colosimo sharpened his recruiting skills
and learned Critical Behavior Interviewing techniques.
Mr. Colosimo has
successfully completed searches in the following areas: VP of Business
Development, Global Alliance Directors, Direct Sales Executive, Sales
Engineers, Human Capital Consultants, Project Managers, and SAP
Consultants. Mr. Colosimo earned a B.S. in Engineering from the
University of Colorado at Boulder. |
