A national OSS Telco Company needed a Business Development
professional in the California market. Location was flexible, however the
client wanted a Business Development professional from a specific
competitor. The challenge was that the competing company maintained a
strong sales culture and retention rate. The Client was faced with
previous unsuccessful attempts to hire from this company. Within 2 weeks,
several candidates from the target company were presented that resulted in
a successful hire.
In
the midst of a national acquisition and expansion initiative, a national
Systems
Integrator sought sales professionals to sells its existing consulting
services as well as newly acquired offerings. Candidates profiles
where
compiled and individuals were targeted from its competitors. Two of the
three hires were from a specific company in two markets. Successful placements occurred
in Portland, Phoenix and Denver. |
